Strength Training for Women on the Central Coast
The Women’s Training Club was built by a local mum for busy local women. We’re passionately dedicated to strength training for women on the Central Coast.
Finally, a strength studio that actually sees you
Maybe you feel intimidated by big gyms.
Maybe ‘you time’ always ends up at the bottom of the pile.
Maybe your kids are older now and you’re realising it’s finally your turn again.
Or maybe you’re so busy holding everything together that you know you need to do something… you just don’t know where to start.
Well then, let me introduce myself.
I’m Laura, women’s strength coach and mum of two. I opened The Women’s Training Club in Kariong with one simple mission: to help women feel confident walking into any gym, and to feel proud of what their bodies can do.
From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll find yourself in a supportive, generous and (often hilariously) real environment. It’s the kind of place where someone helps you load your bar, the playlist makes you smile, and no one cares what you look like while you’re working out.
Strength Training That Fits Around Real Life
I know what it’s like to feel like you’ve got ten tabs open in your brain, so we keep our workouts simple:
45-minute sessions • Small groups (max 8)
Clear structure • Come as you are
Strength training here isn’t about chasing a number. It’s about feeling strong enough to carry your shopping, confident enough to wear the shorts, and proud of what your body can do.
Start with 2–3 sessions a week; that’s all it takes to start feeling like you again.
Your First Class Promise(s)
The hardest part is getting here for that first session.
I’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident.
You’ll be surrounded by women who understand the juggle.
You’ll be welcomed by name and shown exactly what to do.

A Women-Only Gym on the Central Coast
Movement should feel empowering, not intimidating. TWTC is a space to challenge yourself, connect with others, and feel like you belong.
We’re local women, just like you; mums, professionals, caretakers, friends. Some of us are juggling toddlers, some are rediscovering ourselves after raising kids, and some of us are still figuring it out. But what we have in common is simple: we show up, we support each other, and we all leave a little stronger.
