All classes at TWTC are capped at 8 women per session, so you’re always coached, supported, and given individual attention when you need it.
Strong
Strong is our strength-focused class.
You’ll build strength and overall fitness through structured, progressive training, with a focus on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls.
Everything is coached and scaled so you can work at your own level while building confidence over time.
Sweat
Sweat is our cardio-based class.
It blends strength training with functional conditioning, moves at a slightly faster pace, and leaves you feeling energised and accomplished (and yes, a little sweaty).
It’s fun, motivating, and challenging, without being chaotic or overwhelming.
Both Strong and Sweat are suitable for beginners and experienced women. Everything is scaled to you.

Of course. TWTC welcomes beginners. Simply let me know when you arrive and I’ll look after you.

Yes. Your membership is ongoing but can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year.

Outside of an emergency, we have an 5-hour late cancellation & no-show policy.
If you cancel within 5 hours of class starting, or you’re a no-show, you’ll lose that session or incur a $10 fee. -
All bookings and cancellations are managed through the Xoda app, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
