All classes at TWTC are capped at 8 women per session, so you’re always coached, supported, and given individual attention when you need it.

Our strength training classes on the Central Coast are designed to be supportive, beginner-friendly, and easy to follow. Based in Kariong, we offer small group sessions with guided coaching to help you build strength and confidence at your own pace.

Strong is our strength-focused class.

You’ll build strength and overall fitness through structured, progressive training, with a focus on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls.

We track your numbers, and help you get stronger week by week. Everything is coached and scaled so you can work at your own level while building confidence over time.

Plyometrics, Power & Movement quality.

Build strength in the way your body actually moves.

Think balance, core, single-leg work and low-impact power all designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
